Lima, Perú Howdy A tiempo completo

**About the Company**:
**Our core values**:
**#1 Sports Team**: At Howdy, we win together. From players to support, everyone is vital to our success. We hire for excellence, prioritize teamwork, and strive for continuous improvement. We collaborate, seek advice, and actively contribute to Howdy's victories.

**Altruism**: Demonstrating altruism involves prioritizing the team and assuming the best in others. We communicate openly, provide honest feedback, and extend grace. Altruism is selfless service, focusing on supporting our players and team growth.

**Curiosity**: Being curious at Howdy means having the willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new ideas. We question existing beliefs, embrace humility, and see curiosity as our superpower. Demonstrating curiosity involves researching unfamiliar tasks, asking questions to understand the full picture, and seeking better ways to complete routine tasks.

**Have Spirit**: Having spirit at Howdy is about celebrating wins, building a sense of community, and bringing positivity. Demonstrating spirit involves attending events, getting to know teammates, participating in challenges, and proudly wearing the Howdy swag. Simply put, it's about bringing a super-fan spirit to work every day.

**The ideal match for this role**:
Are you a master of organization? Do your friends look to you to do the planning on a group trip? Do you weirdly always have the emergency items (band aids, extra waters, granola bars) stashed on or near you at all times? Do you love to go above and beyond to “wow” people every chance you get?

We're looking for creative people, solution-oriented people. People who know the country they're in and the vast cultures of each region like the back of their hand; people who are able to come up with great ideas and execute their vision flawlessly. People who are able to pivot in times of crisis and still make their tasks look effortless.

Does this describe you? Then YOU are who we're looking for.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute in-person events and activities for the Peru team.
- Manage inventory and place orders with prior approval from the Community Manager.
- Collaborate virtually with admin teams in other countries.
- Handle logistics across all locations where Peru teammates are based (e.g., purchase birthday breakfasts, anniversary gifts, and coordinate delivery).
- Provide in-person daily support to our local team.
- Source local vendors, coordinate orders, and ensure item quality and cross-country consistency.
- Assist with community budgeting (e.g., collecting receipts, organizing spending, keeping events within budget).
- Brainstorm and pitch creative events and community ideas.
- Calendar management and coordination.
- Support the execution of external events when needed.

**Main skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Community Administrator, Office Manager, Event Coordinator, or related positions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of collaborating across teams and countries.
- A creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming and bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in every task.
- Prior experience planning and promoting events — either professionally or in personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Meet - bonus points for Data Studio) & StreamYard.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Bonus if you enjoy capturing photo and video content to collaborate with the social media team.

**Benefits**:
Hardware and accessories to set you up for success

Personal health insurance benefit (family coverage not included)

Gym membership

Community activities and events (either remote or on-site)

Complimentary English lessons to help you grow both professionally and personally

Birthday and anniversary presents

Paid vacation and national holidays (according to your location)
