**What you will do**:
- Manage T1 tickets in Intercom
- Handle all private messages, including those from Facebook
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- **Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)**
- **At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role**
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) platforms
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
- Experience with CRM systems
