**Product Manager**:
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the evolution of one of our core internal platforms and support the company’s growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring we deliver meaningful, scalable solutions to both internal and external users.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Success, Sales, and Operations to identify problems worth solving, validate solutions, and deliver features that drive business impact and user engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is comfortable balancing operational complexity with simplicity, usability, and long-term scalability.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Define and evolve the product roadmap**:Translate company goals and user needs into a clear and prioritized roadmap
- ** Lead product discovery**:Conduct user research, run experiments, and validate hypotheses to ensure we’re solving the right problems
- ** Drive product delivery**:Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope, develop, and launch new features and improvements
- ** Analyze product performance**:Monitor usage KPIs and user behavior to guide decisions, iterate on features, and identify new opportunities
- ** Communicate clearly**:Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning expectations and priorities
- ** Own the product lifecycle**:From ideation and scoping to rollout, feedback, and iteration
- ** Stay close to users**:Gather feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements that enhance usability, adoption, and impac**t**
- ** Ensure internal enablement**:Support rollouts with documentation, communication, and training when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or operations-driven environments
- Strong product sense and a passion for building simple, scalable, and user-centric solutions
- Experience with product discovery, user interviews, hypothesis testing, and iterative delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and business teams
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting product metrics and usage data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, healthtech, or internal platforms with multiple user personas
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, or low-code solutions
