**JOB DUTIES**
- Understand and document the company’s strategic position and how the company operates. Analyzing SWOT, to support the definition of long-term organizational objectives and strategies to achieve these objectives,
- Work with cross-functional teams to discuss goals, objectives, KPIs, commitments, and tasks to develop short and long-term plans.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the company or organization’s current business practices. Researching industry trends and conditions to identify opportunities for growth
- Analyzing risk data provided by Leaders to determine potential constraints on the achievement of Company Goals.
- Develop clear, detailed internal and external business strategy reports and presentations for management and shareholders, according to deliverables timing.
- Monitor implementation of plans and track progress against goals and KPIs. Proposing adjustments to plans as needed based on feedback and new information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that performance commitments or projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**SKILLS**
- Research: ability to find and interpret information to help the company make informed decisions.
- Data analysis: ability to interpret large amounts of data and identify trends or patterns, to create plans that address organizational goals and objectives.
- Communication: To convey ideas effectively and ensure that everyone involved in the planning process understands what they are trying to say.
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and understand how individual actions can affect the outcome of a project. Strategic planning analysts need to be able to think strategically to develop plans that meet organizational goals.
- Business thinking: understand the needs of a business and how to meet them. Create plans that meet the goals.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, consulting, business control & management, or related role, preferably in the energy sector.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing strategic presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Advanced English
- Proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects to completion
