**About the Role**:
The Central Ops team exists to drive operational efficiency, working with national and functional teams to deliver on our ambitious goals. Inside Central Ops, you’ll join a small and dynamic team that crafts strategic direction and short-term priorities, enables effective execution, drives accountability across the large groups. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the LatAm leadership team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Ensure consistency across long-term strategy, near-term operating plan and resourcing. This ranges from owning the long-term planning to day-by-day governance
- Define solutions to sophisticated, ambiguous problems with analytical difficulty and strategic approach
- Generate insights for guide the team to accomplish LatAm goals as well as nurture operational excellence
- Lead cross-functional projects that will improve the ways of working in Central Ops
- Preparation for and participation in a variety of meetings and presentations
- Build high impact materials for any audience, in Google Slides and Google Sheets, reducing sophisticated or complicated information into concise messages and using knowledge of partners’ agendas to ensure maximum engagement
**What you'll need**:

- 5+ years of experience in Strategy, finance, project management, analytics, operations, etc
- **
