**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a member of the global Services Bookings Team you will play a key role in the creation and maintenance of SAP's order entry data source. This is the foundation for the most important upstream and downstream processes which are enabling the effective steering of SAP's Services organization. Your main responsibility will be ensuring compliant Services Bookings creation and reporting in alignment with the global Services Bookings Guidelines. Additionally, you will act as trusted advisor for the topic of Services Bookings and collaborate with different teams internally.
- Validate and create Services Bookings data on regional level
- Support the team with continuous improvements to evolve the global Services Bookings Guidelines
- Drive the enablement of the Services Bookings End-to-End process with the various stakeholders at SAP
- Work on projects to continuously improve, simplify and standardize the Services Bookings processes
- Support Ad Hoc inquiries and interact with various stakeholders within Global Finance and other Business Stakeholders

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Finance
- Experience with SAP products is a plus
- Experience in the Professional Services/IT industry are a plus
- Capacity for conceptional and analytical thinking
- Distinct focus on quality and precision
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and strong communication skills
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Extraordinary commitment and initiative

**MEET YOUR TEAM**

The Services Bookings Team is designing and implementing the Services Bookings processes for the Services portfolio which is designed to drive the adoption of SAP's Cloud products and solutions. The team is embedded in the Cloud Success Services specialized Controlling team to support the business End-to-End from Order Entry to Profit and Loss management. By doing so the team supports the Executive Leaders in decision making, risk assessment and business steering to contribute to SAP's strategy. Additionally, the team serves as an interface between corporate functions (e.g. Strategic Financial Planning, Corporate Controlling) and regional controlling departments.
