**About the role**
Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager (not AML/CFT) in Peru who can see what’s needed to oversee all the regulatory framework applicable to a Bank, to advise the best regulatory approaches to product initiatives, in order to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance and to avoid sanctions from the main Regulators/Supervisors. Someone who has a burning desire to make it the best for the customers and the market, by intensively using technology.

**What you'll be doing**
- Advising product teams to ensure new initiatives meet regulatory requirements
- Identifying necessary controls to support regulatory compliance
- Responding to regulatory questions from first-line teams including product, ops, and support
- Monitoring and assessing new regulatory requirements
- Communicating changes to product teams and supporting action plan implementation
- Coordinating communications and inquiries with local regulators in Peru
- Advising on regulatory requirements for data protection
- Developing and implementing the regulatory management system
- Managing training programmes to ensure compliant customer outcomes
- Reviewing marketing content and analysing complaints to uphold compliance
- Mapping and assessing regulatory requirements for business applicability
- Collaborating with product, ops, and support teams to implement regulatory insights
- Aligning local compliance frameworks with global standards in coordination with global teams
- Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and legal teams
- Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
- Executing responsibilities of the Market Conduct Officer role
**What you'll need**
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management (AML/CFT experience is a plus) within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- Experience as a Market Conduct Officer is a plus
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- A background in policy creation and implementation
- Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, and/or deposits
- An excellent understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- The ability to talk well with people in different groups and regulators
- Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
- Sound judgement in complex regulatory environments
