Su foco es construir, iterar y entregar valor rápido al negocio mediante prototipos y soluciones escalables.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar agentes de IA y copilotos avanzados.
  • Integrar modelos de IA con APIs, sistemas internos y Azure.
  • Prototipar y evaluar modelos (prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning,RAG).
  • Colaborar con Data y Cloud/MLOps para llevar MVPs a producción.
  • Documentar funcionalidades clave y buenas prácticas técnicas.
  • Levantar requerimientos con áreas usuarias y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas de IA generativa.
  • Evaluar tecnologías emergentes de IA Generativa y agentes para proponer mejoras al portafolio de innovación.
  • Aplicar lineamientos de seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento en el desarrollo de soluciones de IA.

Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades requeridos:

  • Estudios: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Software, Ciencia de Datos o afines.
  • Experiencia:

3–5 años en desarrollo de software o ciencia de datos.

1–2 años aplicando IA Generativa, agentes, LLMs y arquitecturas basadas en APIs.
- Idiomas: inglés técnico (deseable).

Conocimientos técnicos esenciales

  • Python avanzado.
  • Integración con APIs internas y servicios Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search).
  • Diseño de agentes (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex).
  • Modelos generativos avanzados (Transformers, Diffusion Models, GANs).
  • RAG, embeddings y vector stores (PGVector, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, CosmoDB).
  • Conocimientos de Azure OpenAI, AI Search, CosmosDB, KeyVault, Appservices) y/o AWS
  • Versionamiento (Git, GitHub, BitBucket).

  • Entornos de desarrollo (Anaconda, Jupyter, Spyder, PyCharm, Visual Studio Code).

    Conocimientos deseables
    - Exposición general a AWS, GCP, Databricks.
    - Nociones de LLMOps orientado a inferencia (monitoring, logging, telemetría).
    - Contenedores básicos (Docker).
