**This position reports to**:
Project Manager Officer

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities related to the assigned discipline. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirement. The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business area in Conchan - Lurín. You will be mainly accountable for: - Revision of the detailed engineering of the project, prior to construction, at the level of technical construction details. Supervision of the execution of civil works in substations 1 and 2. - Coordinate and supervise the development of the works of ABB's subcontractors. - Carry out the technical follow-up of the civil works during their execution, as well as coordinate with ABB's engineering area to present solutions and answer any doubts that may arise in the field. Manage and review reports from subcontractors. - Review and validation of contractor's progress reports. Management and control of the work log with contractors and client in coordination with the Site Manager on site.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are immersed in the supervision of works in electrical substations or service control rooms in the industry in general.
- Ability to demonstrate your verifiable experience in planning, control, quality management, project supervision and execution, cost and budget management, work progress valuations.
- Have 8 years of experience in supervision of construction projects in buildings, in engineering review and structural calculations, at the construction level.
- Possess a solid knowledge of the National Building Regulations, NFPA and other applicable standards. NFPA and other applicable standards.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Office, Autodesk Revit and desirable BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Passionate about leadership, teamwork, proactivity, analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility.
- You have a degree in Civil Engineering with active license (MUST) and specialization or diploma in the specialty (Desirable).
- You are fluent in English at a basic or intermediate level.
- Valid driving license.
