Coordinar por teléfono, correo electrónico y visitas todas las órdenes de compra /envío de datos de proveedores de manera oportuna para garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos de entrega para la operación exitosa de la planta y la tubería, manteniendo el registro de expedición de SAP actualizado con toda la información pertinente para ser disponible en todo momento para el Departamento de Usuario.
- Coordinar con Freight Forwarder la recolección, recepción y envío de todas las importaciones materiales vía aérea/marítima de la manera más eficiente y asegurando el cumplimiento de tarifas contractuales y otros.
- Coordinar con todas los Departamentos Usuarios sobre el estado de sus respectivas órdenes de compra y aprobación técnica de los documentos donde se requiera.
- Coordinar con el Agente de Aduana asegurando el correcto y oportuno proceso de importación/exportación de materiales, incluyendo seguimiento de estatus y revisión de documentos relacionados con trámites Aduaneros.
- Coordinar todas las autorizaciones de importación requeridas por las diferentes Autoridades Gubernamentales para materiales restringidos (until completion/approval)
- Coordinar y administrar todos los OSD hasta el cierre exitoso.
- Coordinar el transporte local de todos los materiales/equipos locales o importados hacia y desde la Planta o cualquier otro lugar dentro de Perú, según se requiera, de la manera más eficiente.
- Asistir con los requisitos de la OEA para mantener la certificación a través del seguimiento continuo del Programa de Seguridad quee incluye la participación en la revisión de procesos, auditorías internas y externas y controles administrativos con los diferentes socios comerciales críticos.
- Cumplir con las directivas, planes, procedimientos, lineamientos, requisitos legales y demás compromisos adoptados por la Empresa en materia de Calidad, Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (QHSE).
- Participar activamente en cualquier actividad de QHSE requerida como parte de las funciones asignadas y, en general, en cualquier otra iniciativa implementada por la Compañía para mejorar el desempeño de QHSE.
- Promueva el cumplimiento de las normas y directrices de QHSE en el trabajo, incluido cualquier trabajo que involucre a contratistas, proveedores y clientes.
- Cualquier otro requisito que pueda necesitar el Supervisor de Compras y Logística
