Uk Study Programme Leader

**One World Learning** is seeking a **dedicated education professional** from **Peru** to help promote and coordinate a **UK-based English language course** for students aged **14 and above**. This role involves **student recruitment, parent liaison, and group leadership**, offering an exciting opportunity to **work internationally, support student learning, and develop professional networks**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote and market** UK-based **English language courses** to students and parents in Peru.
- **Recruit and coordinate** a group of students (aged 14+) for a **two-month study programme** in **January-February 2026**.
- **Provide guidance and information** to students and parents regarding the benefits of studying English in the UK.
- **Liaise with schools, universities, and education networks** to identify potential students.
- **Travel to the UK** with the group and act as their **group leader**, ensuring their welfare and experience are positive.
- **Collaborate with One World Learning representatives** in the UK to manage logistics, accommodation, and student support.
- **Escort and supervise students** during scheduled activities, tours, and cultural experiences in the **UK and possibly Europe**.
- **Support students with cultural adaptation**, academic progress, and general well-being.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Background in education**, preferably as an **English teacher, study abroad consultant, or school representative**.
- **B2 - C1 level of English proficiency** (CEFR) to communicate effectively with students, parents, and UK-based staff.
- **Strong communication and organisational skills** to manage student recruitment and logistics.
- **Experience working with students or coordinating educational programmes** (preferred but not essential).
- **Ability to travel internationally** and supervise students in a foreign country.
- **Physically fit and able to lead student excursions**.
- **Commitment to child safety and welfare**, with a willingness to complete an **online safeguarding course** before travel.
