Overview:
** [ON Site] - Associate Retention/ Sales Representative Inges Intermedio**
The Interactions Expert must understand and analyze the reason for the customer interaction and the appropriate procedure to resolve it. During the process, you will specifically resolve each customer to ensure excellent handling of interactions to meet expectations. In addition to courtesy, empathy, social skills, fluency with English and focus on customer service and sales, are important requirements.
Salary [ON SITE] : 2200 + 40% variable
**Responsibilities**:
o Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
o Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive way.
o Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies and procedures.
o Maintain productivity and quality standards.
o Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
o Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (present diploma or certificate).
- Level of English: B2+ or higher (80%).
- Competencies: communication skills, customer orientation (empathy), problem solving and attention to detail
