**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and analyze departmental and company-wide budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Commission Calculations: Accurately calculate and document sales commissions and overrides in line with compensation plans.
- Payroll: Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Human Resources & Onboarding: Assist with HR-related tasks including new hire onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance documentation.
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Contract Management: Track and manage vendor, client, and employee contracts, including renewal timelines and compliance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: Advanced spreadsheet skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Finance Experience: Solid understanding of financial processes including working with accounting firm to provide timely and accurate data, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
