**En CBRE estamos en búsqueda de un Facilities Analyst (en Lurin, Perú)**

**FUNCIONES**:

- Supervisión del servicio de limpieza
- Registro y control de inventario de suministros
- Coordina el reciclaje de cajas con el área de operaciones
- Encendido y apagado de luces e impresoras, diario de oficinas.
- Inspección y checklist mensual de extintores
- Coordinación semanal de servicios de jardinería
- Registrar en la herramienta Harbour incidentes y accidentes de trabajo.
- Elaboración de cotizaciones para CBRE y órdenes de compra.
- Recepción de facturas de proveedores de CBRE en COUPA y recibirlas.
- Solicitar cotizaciones a proveedor.
- Elaboración de informes técnicos de servicios de mantenimiento del personal de CBRE.
- Actualizar inventario de equipos.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios Técnicos Certificado
- Experiência en Mantenimiento
- Buen Manejo de Office
- ** Horario**: lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm
