**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsable de la performance de la cuenta y de la gente que la soporta. Lidera y organiza al quipo de delivery junto al DPE.
- Es responsable de los acuerdos de níveles de servicio. Trabaja en conjunto con los teams de delivery para cumplir y superar las métricas de la cuenta
- Desarrolla y mantiene el relacionamiento con el cliente a nível operacional
- Es responsable (junto al DPE) de alcanzar los objetivos de profit y revenue asi como de identificar y contribuir con oportunidades comerciales
- Trabaja junto al cliente para identificar sus objetivos, prioridades y factores críticos de éxito
- Tiene responsabilidad end to end sobre el costo y los entregables según el contrato
- Es responsable de asegurar la facturación mensual
- Participa en la formulación y validación de propuestas comerciales
- Se encarga de la presentación al interno y al cliente de los informes de gestión del servicio
- Administra el management system de la cuenta
- Escala y mantiene informado a nível ejecutivo cualquier riesgo, issue o incidente en la cuenta

- Conocimiento de metodologías Agiles
- Experiência en el liderazgo de equipos o proyectos
- Resolución de problemas y comunicación con el cliente
- Disponibilidad ante escalamientos por issues con la cuenta
- Capacidad de negociación y trabajo en equipo
- Conocimiento de idioma ingles
- Capacidad para comunicar, motivar y evaluar a los miembros del team que soportan a a cuenta
