Job Title: Cold Caller

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. You should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
- Identify potential customers and their needs through effective questioning
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products or services
- Handle objections and overcome barriers to sale
- Update customer information in our CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cold caller or sales representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Experience using CRM software
- Good time-management skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation: This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure. The more sales you generate, the higher your commission will be. There is also potential for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: S/.48,000.00 - S/.200,000.00 per year
