Houzz Web is looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant that has a bubbly personality to join our company. We need Virtual Assistants to take phone calls for real estate investors based in the US.
Position:
Cold Caller
Work Details:
Hours: Will vary in EST. Some weekends may be required.
Starting Salary: $600 USD plus commissions
**Responsibilities**:
To connect with 500-600 potential clients a day
Generate 2-4 leads per day
Spend an average of 2.5 hours of talking time with potential clients a day
Identify individuals under financial distress with their real estate property
Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Ability to express that you care about the clients success and understanding the challenges they face.
Ability to establish a rapport with the potential client via telecommunications
Ability to understand a potential client needs and a desire to meet them.
System and Equipment Requirements:
Windows Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM and i3 processor/AMD A8 processor
Fast and stable internet connection
Backup internet
USB noise-canceling headset
