**About the Client**:
Our client, a leading digital marketing agency catering to law practices in the USA, is on a mission to drive exceptional growth and results for local enterprises. With a steadfast dedication to quality and a relentless pursuit of excellence, they're in search of a proficient Virtual Assistant to complement their team.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in project management tasks, including organizing files, tracking progress, and updating project documentation.
- Research various topics as required by the team, providing summaries and analysis as needed.
- Help with data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the management team to support overall operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Remote work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Experience in Sales or Customer support is a plus.
