Job Summary: Sales Assistant to the CEO

The core purpose of this role is to
facilitate the CEO's business development and strategic efforts
by managing the sales pipeline support and ensuring the CEO remains highly organized.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Support:
    Manage, coordinate, and ensure
    timely follow-up and scheduling of meetings
    with pre-vetted new prospective customers, allowing the CEO to focus on high-value conversations.
  • CEO Organization & Right-Hand Support:
    Act as the CEO's right hand, maintaining all open deliverables and ensuring their timely follow-up.
  • Gatekeeping & Communication:
    Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening communications to protect their time.
  • Logistics & Follow-Up:
    Coordinate all logistics for prospect meetings (virtual/in-person) and act as the
    primary point of contact for new prospects
    after their initial meeting to coordinate next steps.
  • CRM Management:
    Oversee and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy of sales activities, client interactions, and deal stages related to the CEO's customers.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide comprehensive administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about sales, motivated, and enjoys building relationships.
  • Diligence, proactivity, responsibility, persistence, and organization
    are key traits.
  • Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft suite.
  • Preferred Experience:
    Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Required Skills:
    Strong verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate technical sales information; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
