**Job Description
** - Studies production schedules and estimates worker/labor requirements to complete job assignment.

- Interprets specifications, drawings/blue prints, and job orders.

- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.

- Resolves manufacturing issues and assist workers in work problems.

- Maintains time and productions records.

- Estimates, requisitions and inspects materials.

- Enforces company policies and safety regulations.

- Confers with Sales and Purchasing regarding lead time, delivery, and BOM’s.

- Reviews and monitors workers’ performance and attendance.

**Job Requirements
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 3 years required of s upervisory experience in plant and manufacturing environment.- 3 years required of q uality and LEAN process understanding and ability to implement.**EDUCATION**:
Associates’ Degree in Business or related preferred; Experience can be substituted for degree

**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak

effectively before group of employees or customers.

Reasoning ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations where only limited industry standard exists. Ability to interpret variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram

or schedule form.

Mathematical Skills - Concrete understanding of numbers in relation to all unit of measures, ratio and percentages.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrable skills.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.

**Working Environment**:
**Warehouse **- Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment. Strict safety regulations may be required.

**physical requirements**:
Work may require excessive bending or stooping.

Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
