**Propósito de la Posición**:
Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, personas, calidad, costo y servicio durante el turno de producción.

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Verificar el cumplimiento del QMS /POE/POES/NGMP y participar en las actualizaciones cuando se requiera.
- Verificar el cumplimiento Modos Seguros de Trabajo (ejem: LOTO, Modo 4) y Líder LOTO.
- Liberar permisos de trabajo (solo altura).
- Coordinar y ejecutar cambios imprevistos de producción, asegurando plan de produccion por turno.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de charla de 5 minutos.
- Cumplir con la rotación de puestos y pausas activas.
- Verificar la declaración de pallets de PT en SAP.
- Controlar la asistencia del turno.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de restricciones médicas y el procedimiento de emergencias médicas.
- Organizar los reemplazos del personal.
- Participar en la definición del rol de turnos.
- Participar en la evaluación de personal de línea (selección, renovación). Retroalimentar al personal - brindar feedback.
- Coordinación de mantenimiento de trabajos menores
- Participar en el proceso de validación HACCP.
- Realizar las coordinaciones que se le designen con co-manufacturer / co-packer.
- Realizar ingresos y verificación de Resultados de Calidad en línea de producción dentro de LI 03
- Realizar consumo de materiales en sistema SAP
- Realizar registro de paros en SAM y SAP
- Liderar / Participar en proyectos y actividades de SDCA / PDCA
- Realizar coaching a herramientas NCE y reunión SHO y participar en la DOR
- Liberar órdenes de Proceso y realizar Cierres técnicos.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Formación superior técnica o universitaria en las carreras de Administración Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial, Químico, Agroindustrial, Producción y Gestión Industrial o afines.
- Experiência de 5 años en la planta a la cual se le asigna como COP habiendo sido COT, conociendo al menos el 60% de los procesos productivos de la misma, considerando la relación con Calidad y Seguridad.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência liderando líneas de producción y/o Supervisor de turno en plantas de alimentos.
