At **Tekton Labs**, we are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to **build strong client relationships and drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives** in **North America**. This role requires a **highly detail-oriented professional** who thrives in **data-driven environments, enjoys working with numbers, margins, and analytics**, and can translate complex data into meaningful insights for clients.
**What You'll Do**
- Ensure **accuracy and precision** in tracking **account performance, financial margins, and revenue trends**.
- Oversee **client account operations**, ensuring seamless service delivery with a focus on **data integrity and financial optimization**.
- Act as the **main point of contact** for client inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience with a structured, analytical approach.
- Develop **detailed reports and presentations**, using data-driven insights to enhance client relationships and business growth.
- Work extensively with **financial and operational data**, handling **profit margins, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting**.
- Lead **monthly performance analysis**, using **Excel and Google Sheets** to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and expand **customer relationships**, focusing on profitability and **strategic account growth**.
- Identify and propose **opportunities for service optimization**, leveraging analytics to improve customer outcomes.
- Present **financial insights and strategic recommendations** to clients and internal teams in a professional and structured manner.
**What We're Looking For**
- **3+ years of experience** in **customer success, project management, or account management**, preferably in the **IT Professional Services** industry.
- Strong **attention to detail** with a **data-driven approach** to decision-making.
- Proven ability to **analyze financial data, profit margins, and revenue trends**.
- Advanced **Excel skills** (pivot tables, financial modeling, and data visualization).
- Experience in **digital consulting, product development, or service design** (preferred).
- Highly **organized and structured**, with a meticulous approach to **client reporting and presentations**.
- Ability to **interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights**.
- Comfortable presenting financial data and strategic insights to **executive-level stakeholders**.
- Proficiency in **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)** to create **high-quality, client-facing materials.**:
- ** **Fluent in Spanish** (written and spoken).
- **Fluent English** (written and spoken), with the confidence to engage with North American clients.
