**About the Role**:
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational, processes implementation and analytical skills. The Operations Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Operations and Cross-Functional (Legal, Policy, Marketing, Comms, Support) Teams to implement projects. This person will work to boost driver and rider engagement and drive growth and profitability by implementing creative solutions. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move across PBEC (Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador). We are currently operating in over 12 cities, and we have a lot of exciting projects going on
**What you'll do**:

- Work closely with PBEC's operations team to grow our business and overcome challenges
- Problem Solving. Scope sophisticated problems and derive integral solutions based on robust analysis
- Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into impactful steps
- Strong executional and implementation skills. Make projects and plans a reality.
- Teamwork. Build and develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Get ahead: you own your projects completely and are a steadfast advocate for crafting business value and have a positive attitude and ability to operate in a very fast paced environment
**What you'll need**:

- 1+ years of quantitative experience with a proven record of solving analytical problems
- Ideal background experience in: consulting, investment banking, technology, any operations-intense fast-paced environment, ambitious setting, or related field
- Easily adapt to a constantly-changing work environment
- Data-driven decision mentality through strong analytical thinking
- Strong implementation skills and process design orientation
- Creative solutions mindset with an affinity to constantly A/B test ideas
- Proficiency in English
