FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR

Brindar soporte a la gestión del servicio de reparaciones de equipos y componentes, preparación de equipos nuevos y equipos rental en las instalaciones del taller de reparación.
**ACERCA DE LA POSICIÓN**
- Liderar y establecer las actividades de las reparaciones consideradas en la planificación.
- Liderar la elaboración del programa semanal de reparaciones del taller.
- Realizar análisis causa raíz de los reclamos de garantías por servicios de preparación y reparación.
- Dimensionar el recurso humano para asegurar el cumplimiento de los servicios planificados.
- Asegurar que el personal técnico cumpla con los procedimientos establecidos por fabrica o procedimientos locales para garantizar la calidad de las reparaciones.
- Elaborar cotizaciones por reparaciones de equipos/componentes.
- Aprobada la cotización: evaluar stock, programa de entregas.
- Realizar visitas a clientes en búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Mantener los cuadros de indicadores de gestión actualizados.
**Durante el periodo de reparación**:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la planificación de las reparaciones.
- Supervisar la llegada de repuestos.
- Realizar seguimiento a requerimientos de repuestos locales.
- Seguimiento de los trabajos a cargo de personal técnico.
- Elaborar informes sobre avances de trabajos.
- Seguimiento de abastecimiento de repuestos en pañol.
- Coordinar con personal de almacén.
**Valorización de trabajos para cierre de mes**:

- Chequear ingreso de repuestos por compras locales.
- Validar utilización de repuestos en reparaciones programadas.
- Asegurar el reporte en SWO de las horas trabajadas por el personal
**PERFIL DEL PUESTO**
- Ingeniero Mecánica y/o Eléctrico o Técnico Mecánico Especialista con conocimiento en gestión de reparaciones.
- Inglés Básico
- Dominio MS Office, Project
- Software de simulación
- Más de 4 años en trabajos de reparación de equipos pesados en talleres especializados
