We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide the best feedback to the customer
- Communicates with customers through various channels
- Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints or confusion
- Keeps record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Monitors and troubleshoots customer issues over the phone
- Request replacement hardware from manufacturers and works with project coordinator to schedule truck rolls
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
**Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
