**Mission**:
Lead the planning, execution and construction of the country approved renewable projects, following the corporate standards such as the Capital Project Model, Compliance, Health, Safety and Security, Sustainability and in alignment with the local/country regulations, characteristics and needs.

**Reports to**: Project Delivery Andes (from DG 2 on) and to the Country Manager (before DG2)

**Main functions**:

- Manage, together with the Regional Construction unit, the execution/construction of the approved projects, being also responsible for hiring resources and services from internal and external providers - manage contributors professionally and develop positive and trust-based relationships to all internal and external stakeholders (key suppliers) and service providers.
- Make sure to supply the local project organization with the right resources (people, positions, skills, time, site logistics, etc) needed to execute and construct the projects in accordance with the Project Delivery Unit / the Capital Project Model requirements and the local needs.
- Develop and deliver the right project and contract execution strategy for the projects.
- Ensure the project planning is taking into account the right timing, risk management assessed, accurate engineering design, procurement tendering, HSE and Compliance considerations, among others.
- Ensure timely reporting, with high awareness to report potential deviations to the project charter.
- Support the processes related to land acquisitions, as well as the environmental licenses required and social issues, to carry out projects.
- Lead by example, promote trust and accountability in the team, Safety Culture and aligning all with Compliance standards.
- Coordinate with our HQ the different approvals steps (decision gates), after meeting the different local requirements for feasibility and construction.

**Requisitos**:

- Technical/engineering degree with +10 years of experience
- MBA/Master in Project Management, PMP
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior management and construction experience from large scale projects, from solar and/or power
- Strong engineering/technical skills and contract management aptitude - especially relating to wind turbine/solar PV panels manufacturers and their supply chain
- Experience in lands and permits, environmental regulations, HSS and other local considerations for solar and wind projects
- Strong team work, communication and leadership skills
- Influence and persuasion, be the link between Regional, HQ and Local implementation and team
- Deep analytics skills to follow up contracts implementation, engineering data, project charter, etc.
- Conflict solving with empathy and determination
