**The Specific Responsibilities Of The Junior Accountant Include.**
- Responsible for end-to-end accounting of specific entities under the TRANZACT brand.
- Perform month end closing processes in assigned areas, specifically related to costs and accruals.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with commission statement allocations as well as additional analysis as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to support the understanding and analysis of the profitability of the company and related lines of business.
- Prepare journal entries related to payroll and provide payroll related reconciliations.
- Assist with external audit requests.
- Work with colleagues across the organization to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Special projects as needed.
- Participate in and contribute positively to work/team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**What You Need To Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- P roficiency in Excel
- Experience with USGAAP
- Experience working with oracle is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and high attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Organized and strong time management skills
