**Company Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.
- Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.

**Skills**
- Phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Fluent English & Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter, willing to ask questions, organized, collaborative.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's (required).
- Experience in Property Management: 1-2 years (required).
- Advanced English (required).

**Technology**:

- AppFolio.
- 3CX.
- LeadSimple.

**Physical Setting**:Remote.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - Business hours.

Pay: S/.2,944.00 - S/.3,864.00 per month

**Language**:

- Native or C2 English (required)
