**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Digital Customer Service Agents. This role is designed for those passionate in providing world class customer service and supporting our clients' supporters and investors. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients' investors through online chats and other digital platforms. We frequently embark on new projects, and these endeavor need dedicated admins like you to ensure every inquiry is addressed

This position is initially on a self-employed basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our team. We offer flexible part-time hours to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage conversations on various digital platforms, ensuring a responsive and helpful service.
- Provide accurate information and support relating to the project.
- Maintain confidentiality and security in all client interactions, adhering to industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest internal project FAQ and with current trends and updates in the digital finance world to provide knowledgeable assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding and interest in digital currencies and blockchain technology.
- Good knowledge of Telegram
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a tech or digital finance setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and familiarity with various digital communication platforms.
