Our client is a leading provider of electrical testing and monitoring solutions, is currently seeking a talented and motivated Grid Asset Management Monitoring Solution Sales Engineer to join her team. As a Grid Performance Solution (GPS) Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions to her customers.

**Location: Asia**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the utility and energy sector for our grid asset management and monitoring solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and asset managers to generate new business opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide technical guidance on our grid asset management and monitoring solutions, including asset condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and grid analytics
- Collaborate with the internal teams to design and customize solutions that meet customer
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in grid asset management and monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and marketing, to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Reporting activity periodically per the company schedule
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the utility, energy, or smart grid industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of grid asset management and monitoring solutions, including asset condition monitoring, predictive analytics, and data visualization
- Technical knowledge and understanding of partial discharge testing and monitoring solutions will be a big plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry conferences
Monthly Salary: Negotiable
