As our Revenue & Performance Specialist, you'll be the expert behind our billing and invoicing practices, ensuring accurate and timely payments from clients. Your analytical skills will shine as you track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and propel our firm's growth.

**Your Impact**:

- **Optimize Revenue**: Meticulously manage client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and prompt payment, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Track, analyze, and report on essential KPIs like billable hours, realization rates, and profitability, as well as the source and number of leads & clients, empowering our leadership to make informed decisions.
- **Performance Enhancement**: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on KPI data, collaborating with teams to optimize performance across the firm.

**Your Expertise**:

- **Billing & Invoicing**: 2+ years of experience in legal billing or a related financial role (such as billing for another profession), demonstrating a deep understanding of billing practices and software.
- **Data Analysis**: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (Google Sheets, or similar) to derive meaningful insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth and efficient billing processes.
