**Position Summary**

We are looking for a bilingual (English Spanish) Commercial Finance / FP&A Manager to continue building an elite team to drive financial planning and strategy at Paysafe Latin America.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to the business through meticulous revenue budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and presentation of financial results and identifying operational improvement to drive profitable growth for the company. This role will report to the LATAM FP&A Leader, and partners with the commercial leaders to develop and implement a strategic financial planning & analysis process and drive a regular cadence to measure against key operating drivers for the organization.

In essence, you will provide analytical rigor to annual budget preparation, rolling estimates, multi annual projections, monthly and quarterly reports of actual figures vs plan. **You Will**
- Build and own projection models for topline.
- Get insight as to key cost elements.
- Assume leadership role in the management of the annual budgeting process, coordinating the inputs and interactions with various stakeholders.
- Support the FP&A Leader in preparing internal/external financial reports, monthly financial analysis materials, Board of Director materials, quarterly forecast updates and perform ad hoc financial analysis for the organization.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor´s degree in business administration, economics or finance.
- MBA or CFA charter desirable
- Proficiency in English (Fluent level)
- 5 years of experience in finance (performing financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, financial data analysis, financial modeling, valuation etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (modeling in Excel is a must)
- Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion desirable
