**Position Overview**

We're looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Designer** to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing marketing materials, digital assets, and branded visuals that resonate with healthcare practice owners and administrators.

**Core Responsibilities**

**Graphic & Digital Design**:

- Design compelling **marketing materials**, including sales collateral, presentations, and landing pages.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by following established **style guides and brand standards**.

**Optimization & Analysis**:

- Conduct **website and design audits** to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement **A/B testing and behavioral analysis** to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Use **user behavior data and analytics** to inform design decisions.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with **content creators and marketing teams** to develop visually engaging designs.
- Partner with **product managers and developers** to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s **design system and brand identity**.

**User Experience (UX Experience a Plus)**:

- Assist in designing **intuitive and user-friendly interfaces** for digital platforms.
- ** Enhance usability and improve workflows** for digital products.
- Support **user research, wireframing, and prototyping efforts** as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **branding, marketing materials, and digital assets**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools**.
- ** Basic understanding of UX principles** and ability to create user-friendly designs.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with **attention to detail and layout**.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **B2B, healthcare, or SaaS industries**.
- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, or design systems**.
- Knowledge of **A/B testing and data-driven design improvements**.
- Exposure to **user research tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar**.
