_**Recruiter (Translation and Localization Industry)**_

Location: Remote (LatAm-based, US Pacific Time)

Department: Talent Acquisition

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead
- **About the Role**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of linguists.
- Maintain and update data in the internal databases.
- Support onboarding, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are collected.
- Participate in database maintenance and accuracy checks.
- Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Contribute to process and template improvements.
- **Qualifications**_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, or related roles in the language industry.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and credential verification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong organization and attention to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
