- **Description and Requirements**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, deploying, and controlling all Marketing and Communications campaigns, including events, advertising (online and offline), incentive programs, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.
- Design and execute digital-led, always-on end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, channels, procurement, product) to ensure proper planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to develop and implement partner marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions remain competitive and relevant.Manage marketing activities across Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador.
**Job Requirements**-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a corporate marketing specialist or in a similar role. Working knowledge of market research, trends, surveys, and data analysis.
- Languages: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, as global campaigns are conducted in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).Soft Skills: Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management abilities; Detail-oriented with logical and analytical thinking; Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
