**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Project Manager &.NET Developer **to incorporate into our talent pool for future vacancies (short or medium term)** **to work 100% remote**. We hope for solid hands on.NET development experience and excellent communication/leadership skills.

Among the responsibilities of the Project Manager &.NET Developer are:

- Coordinate internal, supplier and customer resources for successful project execution.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, with the required quality parameters and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure the availability and allocation of resources.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and scale to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and suppliers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to gather detailed information on the specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels of staff members.
- Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Help people outside the Scrum Team understand which interactions with the Scrum Team may be useful and which may not.
- Help everyone, including the product owner, the development team and the organization, to modify interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Only available for applicants **currently living in Latin America.**:

- Computer technician, engineering or related career, completed or in progress.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, coordinating/leadership teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Advanced English level both written and spoken.
- Desirable: Mindset and agile frameworks.
- Desirable: knowledge in Frameworks such as Angular or React.js.
- Desirable: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I from Scrum.Org), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®, Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) ® or Certified associate in project management (CAPM)® certifications.
