PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Lima, Peru (on-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations Department in Lima, Peru.

This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising residential construction projects for the U.S. market, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects from initiation to completion.
  • Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Monitor progress, control schedules, and manage budgets to maintain profitability and timely execution.
  • Communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders regarding project scope, progress, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Estimation, Design, and Operations) to ensure full project alignment and workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct site evaluations, verify material requirements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience managing construction or remodeling projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction processes and materials.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Advanced English level (C1) – capable of professional communication with international teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Terms

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site (Lima, Peru) under Peruvian MYPE payroll.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Monthly Salary: PEN 3,500 – 4,000 gross, depending on experience and performance.
