**REAL CLUB DE LIMA - Oportunidad Laboral**
**Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager** con experiência en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos para liderar la implementación de nuestro nuevo sistema ERP.

**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Certificación PMP®, Scrum Master o equivalente.
- Especialización en transformación digital, BPM o gestión del cambio.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis o visualización (Power BI, Excel avanzado).
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
- Experiência en organizaciones similares (clubes, asociaciones, instituciones sin fines de lucro).
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Deseable: posgrado en Transformación Digital o Gestión de Proyectos.

**Conocimiento en sistemas ERP (al menos uno)**:

- **SAP Business One** (implementación, parametrización o gestión de usuarios)
- **Oracle NetSuite** (configuración, administración o despliegue funcional)

**Funciones clave**:

- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y cierre del proyecto de implementación del ERP.
- Coordinar con áreas usuarias el levantamiento y validación de requerimientos.
- Supervisar al proveedor implementador y garantizar cumplimiento de entregables.
- Gestionar cronograma, presupuesto, riesgos y cambios del proyecto.
- Liderar migración de datos y validación de integridad.
- Diseñar e implementar un plan de gestión del cambio organizacional.
- Asegurar la documentación técnica y funcional.
- Reportar avances a la Alta Dirección.
