- Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsable de la performance de la cuenta y de la gente que la soporta
- Responsable de los acuerdos de níveles de servicio. Trabaja en conjunto con los equipos de delivery para cumplir y superar las métricas de la cuenta
- Desarrolla y mantiene el relacionamiento con el cliente a nível operacional
- Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de “profit” y “revenue” así como de identificar y contribuir con oportunidades comerciales
- Trabaja junto al cliente para identificar sus objetivos, prioridades y factores críticos de éxito
- Tiene responsabilidad “end to end” sobre el costo y los entregables según el contrato
- Es responsable de asegurar la facturación mensual
- Participa en la formulación y validación de propuestas comerciales
- Se encarga de la presentación al interno y al cliente de los informes de gestión del servicio
- Administra el “management system” de la cuenta
- Escala y mantiene informado a nível ejecutivo cualquier riesgo, “issue” o incidente en la cuenta
