You will be an integrated part of our customer account structure, fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating closely with our Delivery Partner. Together, you will create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. By owning the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel, you will empower them to deliver, manage, maintain, and deploy IT services effectively.

When it comes to troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, you will be at the forefront, providing swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, offering our customers a seamless experience.

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑centric Delivery Director to lead our Consult Delivery organization. This senior leader will be accountable for delivering high‑quality IT services to our clients within the contractual framework, ensuring operational excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Embedded within the customer account structure, the Delivery Director partners closely with Delivery Partners, Architects, SREs, and customer stakeholders to design, deploy, and run maintainable and resilient services tailored to client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Consult Delivery organization, overseeing all short‑term and long‑term delivery programs.

Direct and empower delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality and reliable IT services aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

Provide technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, SMEs, and product support personnel delivering and managing IT services.

Drive execution across incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis and escalations.

Partner with Delivery Partners and collaborate with SRE teams to generate positive customer outcomes and continuous service improvement.

Interact directly and frequently with customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction.

Promote innovation, automation, and AIOps adoption across delivery operations.

Ensure service availability, maintainability, and operational stability through strong governance and proactive leadership.

Foster a culture of growth, empowerment, and high performance within delivery teams.

Required Skills and Experience

More than 8 years of experience leading delivery teams and driving quality services for customers.

Strong knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.

Proven experience leading teams through incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.

Ability to collaborate with Delivery Partners and SREs to deliver superior customer outcomes.

Hands‑on experience with AIOps, automation, and innovation‑driven operations.

Comfortable with direct, continuous customer engagement.

Empathetic and empowering leadership style, focused on developing high‑performing teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree.

Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
