Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**:
As Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for assigned vendor accounts. Your responsibilities will extend to managing budgets, ensuring project deadlines are met, implementing vendor marketing activities, and handling Marketing Development Fund (MDF) claims with precision. Acting as a liaison with internal stakeholders, you'll support vendor marketing relationships to meet business needs and desired outcomes. Your role demands a robust understanding of Return on Investment (ROI) requirements, and you'll be adept at presenting detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders. Occasional travel, up to 15% of the time, may be required.

**What You'll Do**:
**Project Management (20%)**:

- Efficiently manage projects through workflow management systems, ensuring timelines are met.

**Marketing Development Fund Management and Claims (30%)**:

- Oversee the management of Marketing Development Funds and claims, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

**Marketing Communications (20%)**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing communications strategies.

**ROI Reporting (10%)**:

- Analyze and report on the Return on Investment of executed campaigns, providing detailed insights to key stakeholders.

**Project Planning and Execution (15%)**:

- Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Process Improvement Projects (5%)**:

- Identify and contribute to process improvement projects, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For:
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Field of Study preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Additional certification in Project Management.

**Working Conditions**:

- Professional, office environment.
- Some travel required.
