FUNCIONES Administración de la solución SAP Business Warehouse de grandes clientes. Recepción, análisis y envío de comunicaciones a los usuarios bajo un enfoque funcional y de valor de negocio. Efectuar revisiones de las bases de conocimiento y manuales funcionales del equipo operativo. Asimismo, informar al equipo operativo de las posibles mejoras en las plataformas. Ello, bajo un enfoque colaborativo que promueva el trabajo en equipo y la generación de entregas colectivas de calidad. EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS Título Universitario o Grado académico de bachiller, en: ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería electrónica, ingeniería industrial, ingeniería informática o carreras afines a Tecnologías de Información o egresado de institutos con experiência equivalente a 5 años Certificación SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with Netweaver 7.0 o superior Conocimientos en SQL y entendimiento de plan de ejecución (Oracle) Mínimo de 3 años como administración en SAP Business Warehouse.
