Funciones
- Ejecutar la implementación técnica de acuerdo al alcance y plazos ofrecidos, para asegurar los mejores tiempos de respuesta a nuestros clientes así como soluciones bien implementadas
- Revision y validación de la solución entregada, solucionando problemas técnicos que se puedan presentar durante la implementacion, validacion o marcha blanca.
- Realizar la configuracion de sistemas en fisico o en remoto de acuerdo a la instalacion del cliente.
- Realizar visitas tenicas para propositos de instalaciones, diagnostico, soporte de software y de hardware, atención de incidencias y su posterior solución.
- Realizar soporte nível 2 para el diagnostico y solucion de incidencias y otros relacionados.
- Participar en reuniones para validar o sustentar soluciones a nível tecnico.

**Perfil**:

- Formacion: Bachiller o Técnico en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o afines
- Experiência: 4 - 5 años en roles similares
- Experiência trabajando con: Java, JavaScript, entornos Linux, JSON o XML
- Experiência práctica trabajando con bases de datos como PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL
- Experiência haciendo troubleshooting (analisis de logs, replica de errores, busqueda de causa raiz)
- Pueda explicar técnicamente sus hallazgos y analisis y los exponga con claridad ante los clientes. Asimismo pueda sustentar la solución de acuerdo al diagnóstico.

Deseables:

- Uso de git, svn.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible u otras herramientas que deployment y programación de sistemas.
- Programación en JavaScript
- Gestión de máquinas virtuales VMWare o VirtualBox
