A Serge team in South Asia is **seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager for an Adventure Tourism Business** to help and help establish the brand as a trusted and notable presence among both local and international demographics.Responsibilites:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on various social media platforms
- Create effective marketing strategies to convert potential customers into actual clients, including overseeing social campaigns, content production, and reviewing analytics
- Generate informative and engaging content through articles, blogs, and vlogs, addressing key questions and interests of our business’s target audience
- Foster relationships with local believers through friendship, discipleship, and mentoring, aligning all actions with the Glory of God

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience as a social media content manager
- Exceptional writing skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging with target audiences
- Curiosity, innovative thinking, and creativity
- Strong interpersonal skills and networking abilities
