This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

**How you will contribute**

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

**Lo que debes saber sobre este puesto**:
La persona a cargo apoyará las áreas de gastos de empaque y suministro externo para WACAM, centrándose en la mejora continua y, por lo tanto, en el crecimiento de Mdlz en WACAM.

La persona a cargo apoyará 2 áreas de gasto, empaque y suministro externo, para WACAM en los siguientes temas:

- Ajuste de precios y AC: implementar una herramienta estandarizada para realizar pronósticos y aplicar índices de mercado (materias primas, inflación, divisas) en los modelos de costos existentes
- Gestión de precios: análisis y solución de tickets de divergencia de precios
- Cotizaciones y comparación de precios.
- MPL: Automatizar la lista maestra de precios para actualizar los volúmenes
- Crear el Archivo Maestro de proveedores
- Compliance: elaborar y controlar NDAs, Contratos Legales, SAFs
- Diversos controles e informes: BCP, Leasing, Volt, Data Risk Validation enfocándonos siempre en la mejora continua.
- BCP para la categoría: Film y Corrugado

**Educación/Certificaciones**:

- Título Universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de empresas o áreas afines.

**Requisitos específicos del trabajo**:

- Inglés y Español a nível intermedio.
- Conomiento avanzado de Excel.
