Main responsibilities:

- Do proper follow up with Logistics stakeholders (Ocean carriers, freight forwarders, local carrier, broker, & vendors) to assure products will arrive on time.
- Develope and Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.
- Participate actively in weekly Planning rituals to communicate the issues on arrival dates and others that can impact the final delivery date to the customers.
- Effectively interact with various functions - operations, sales, regulatory, customer service, sourcing, logistics, regional supply chain and service providers.
- Follow the customs clearance process and have knowledge of tariffs and rates.
- Communicate product delivery information to Plannning & Customer service.
- Follow and process the suppliers payments related to the import, export, warehouse and distribution operations.
- Create and maintain local shipping procedure.
- Request the purchase requisitions needed in the import, export, warehouse and distribution operations.
- Interact with warehouse for appropriate packaging/repackaging for meeting customer needs.
- Book the space for shipments (exports).
- Coordinate logistics operation (inbound & Outbound) through 3PL.
- Give and train to the 3PL in all the operational and sanitary requirements.
- Serve as point of contact between warehouse and customer service to clear doubts and inventory management.
- Perform annual physical counting in warehouse.
- Coordinate and execute monthly cycle counting with 3PL.
- Attend internal and external visits from customers, IFF employees and others like governmental interested parties.
- Developing projects to improve operations and reduce cost.
- Assist the organization to develop synergies projects.
- Keep and organize physical documents by retention policy and legal requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics and Distribution or equivalent.
- 4-5 years experience in logistics or supply support role, customer service, SAP competency is valued.
- Advanced English level is desired.
