**Role Responsibilities**
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- **Managing scheduling** to keep our service teams on time and organized.
- **Communicating with customers** to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- **Resolving scheduling conflicts** and ensuring the service team operates efficiently.
- **Maintaining organized records** of service calls, invoices, and payments.
- **Ensuring customer satisfaction** by providing timely updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Collaborating with leadership** to reduce stress and streamline day-to-day operations.
- **Proactively identifying issues** and solving them before they escalate.
- **Delivering a seamless service experience** for both customers and the internal team.
