**Misión**:
El Associate Analyst de la Mesa de Productos Estructurados tendrá un papel crucial en la puesta en marcha y gestión de la mesa de operaciones de notas estructuradas y otros productos estructurados (i.e. financiamientos sintéticos, asset swaps, etc.). Este puesto requiere un alto nível de atención al detalle, sólidas habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas, y la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno acelerado. La responsabilidad principal del Associate Analyst es asistir en la ejecución de transacciones, desarrollo e implementación de productos, desarrollo de materiales de apoyo para el equipo (i.e. calculadoras, presentaciones, etc.), y análisis y procesamiento de datos.

La persona en esta posición tendrá que trabajar de manera directa con distintas unidades de negocios (locales y/o off-shore) del Banco: Riesgos, Trading, Banca de Inversión, Legal, Operaciones, etc. Esta función desempeñará un papel clave en el apoyo de la creación y evolución de productos, asegurando que su diseño sea eficiente, nos generen ventajas competitivas, y que aporten de manera relevante al posicionamiento de la actividad de GCM en cada uno de los mercados / segmentos comerciales en los que operamos.

**¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
- Implementación de productos: Colaborar en la configuración y puesta en marcha de productos estructurados, asegurando que todos los sistemas, procesos, y requisitos para ofrecer estos productos estén correctamente establecidos. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los distintos equipos involucrados en el desarrollo para garantizar una implementación efectiva.
- Soporte en estructuración: Asistir en la estructuración de los productos (i.e. notas estructuradas, financiamientos sintéticos, estrategias con opciones, etc.) con el propósito de ofrecer soluciones efectivas para las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Soporte en la gestión de operaciones: Asistir en la gestión diaria de las operaciones, asegurando la precisión y puntualidad de las transacciones. Colaborar con las Mesas de Ventas para resolver cualquier discrepancia o problema relacionado con estas.
- Investigación y análisis: Realizar investigaciones relacionadas a los productos (i.e. tendencias de mercado, precios, demanda, etc.) para identificar oportunidades comerciales. Mantenerse al día con las noticias y desarrollos de la industria para proporcionar información valiosa a la mesa de Ventas.
- Gestión de riesgo: Colaborar con los equipos de gestión de riesgos para monitorear y evaluar la exposición al riesgo de las posiciones originadas por los productos.
- Precios y valorización: Ayudar en la fijación de precios y valoración de productos estructurados utilizando modelos y metodologías relevantes.
- Soporte al cliente: Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas para brindar soporte y orientación a los clientes con relación a nuestros productos.
- Documentación: Preparar y mantener la documentación de las operaciones y los procesos y procedimientos relacionados pa
