Data Analyst — Role Description

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This position focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to define analytical needs, improve data quality, and support the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that enhance organizational transparency.

Core responsibilities include collecting and organizing data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all datasets. The analyst performs exploratory data analysis, identifies patterns, and applies quantitative techniques to understand business challenges and opportunities.
