IT Operations & Data Specialist

Buscamos un perfil pragmático, detallista y autónomo para integrar nuestro equipo de Operaciones IT.

Tu misión principal será garantizar la salud de los datos corporativos, automatizar procesos internos mediante scripting y mantener operativa nuestra infraestructura web. Buscamos a alguien que combine habilidades de programación con una fuerte orientación a la eficiencia operativa y calidad de datos.

Tus responsabilidades principales serían:

1. Automatización y Herramientas Internas (Google Workspace)

  • Desarrollar y mantener
    scripts en Google Apps Script

para automatizar flujos de trabajo entre Sheets, Docs, Gmail y Drive.
- Crear herramientas internas para los equipos de Ventas, Admin e Ingeniería que eliminen tareas repetitivas.
- Conectar sistemas mediante APIs (integración ligera de datos).

2. Gestión y Calidad de Datos (Data Hygiene)

  • Ejecutar procesos de importación y exportación de datos masivos entre sistemas de gestión.
  • Realizar limpieza, normalización y deduplicación de bases de datos (CRM, ERP, planillas maestras).
  • Auditar la integridad de la información crítica de la compañía; identificar inconsistencias y corregirlas (manual o programáticamente).

3. Mantenimiento Web

  • Administrar y mantener el sitio web corporativo actual (Framework: Helice).
  • Implementar actualizaciones de contenido, landing pages temporales y asegurar la disponibilidad del sitio.
  • Gestionar incidencias básicas de hosting o dominio.

Los requisitos son:

  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado en Sistemas, Programación o carreras afines, o experiencia equivalente demostrable.(Excluyente)
  • Dominio sólido de
    Lenguajes de Programación: JavaScript

(excluyente para Google Apps Script). Conocimientos de HTML5 y CSS3.
- Manejo de Datos:

Experiencia trabajando con formatos JSON, CSV y manipulación de hojas de cálculo avanzadas (fórmulas complejas, Query, Regex).
- Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio (lectura de documentación técnica indispensable).
- Experiencia previa automatizando procesos con
Google Apps Script

- Conocimientos básicos de APIs (REST) para integraciones.
- Nociones de bases de datos (SQL) y estructura de datos.
- Conocimiento de Google Analytics básico.
- Experiencia en soporte técnico a usuarios internos (perfil servicial y claro al comunicar).
